Key Highlights

ecosystem news and updates from last week

1) Engineering

• This past week’s efforts were primarily around the development of StreamPay and to get the FlixNet-3 chain up and running.

• Work on the data layer and the UI for both Studio and Nucleus was continued by the team to ensure the app is ready for creators, Studios and other stakeholders to interact with the network.

2) Design & Media

• Last week’s work started with Stream Pay but has ended on a high note with most design requirements for FlixNet-3 addressed incl. product design, static media collateral, and so on.
• Design activities within the past week have primarily been around the apps to be launched on FlixNet-3 i.e., Studio & Nucleus.
• From a media standpoint, team worked on independent videos of Cosmoverse in order to get them ready for publishing.

Focus for the current week

All geared up to cover activities from engineering, design & community!

• Blockchain (FlixNet-3) — The team is currently focused on generating the binaries for required operating systems while relayers and other IBC connections are being setup in prep. for the launch of the app on FlixNet-3.
• Applications (Studio & Nucleus) — The internal release of apps for FlixNet-3 has been done with final updates being worked while on the devnet itself.
• Applications (Studio & Nucleus) — The data layer for aggregating data and transforming it is being worked on to further enhance the experience during the navigation and purchase of NFTs.
• Design — Continued efforts around updates to OmniFlix Studio & Nucleus web/mobile and collateral, in preparation for FlixNet-3.
• Media — Content to increase the ease of use for various apps in the OmniFlix ecosystem.
• Developer Relations — Publish the required instructions to join FlixNet-3 and send them to select validators to initiate the recruitment of node hosts for FlixNet-3.
