Flix Fam, it is a new week & albeit a bit late, we’re back with the latest from the Flix Crew covering topics around Engineering, Design, Media & community activities within the OmniFlix ecosystem.

Key Highlights

ecosystem news and updates from last week

1) Engineering

• The OmniFlix team continued to work with the devnet and focus on IBC specific interactions with NFTs.
• During FlixNet-3, folks might most likely see a version of what’s to come on the mainnet with IBC tokens.
• There are a lot of ideas involved around launching NFT collections (or) independent NFTs — and how best we can build the best suite required for all activities around that.

2) Design & Media

• The design team worked towards getting the entire suite in sync from a media uploading, management, minting and the listing process.
• We’re also handling the management of IBC tokens and intend to provide a UX that Cosmonauts and the wider web3 users are familiar with taking ‘inspiration’ from our friends at Osmosis.
• This week, in prep. for an upcoming campaign, we have put in the efforts required to produce media and related collateral.

3) Community

Focus for the current week

All geared up to cover activities from engineering, design & community!

• Blockchain (FlixNet-3) — Working on indexing the data for use in both Studio and Nucleus. This data will eventually help the entire OmniFlix Network to bootstrap operations and increase the ease of development of apps on top of the OmniFlix Network.
• Blockchain (FlixNet-3) — The team is working on the integration of all the modules and IBC transactions within the UI of both Studio and Nucleus.
• Applications (Studio & Nucleus) — Development of the applications is on-going in prep. for the release of the first version on FlixNet-3
• Design — Continued efforts around updates to OmniFlix Studio & Nucleus web/mobile and the collateral, in preparation for FlixNet-3 and beyond.
